Applications for 2027 are open for every year level. Kindergarten and Year 7 are our main entry points; places in other years depend on vacancies.

How to enrol

Four steps

Our enrolments team will guide you through each one.

  • 1. Apply online

    Complete the application below. There is a $150 non-refundable application fee.

  • 2. Tour and interview

    Visit the campus and meet the Head of Junior or Senior School with your child.

  • 3. Offer

    Offers for Kindergarten and Year 7 are made from Term 2 of the year before entry.

  • 4. Welcome

    Accept with the enrolment deposit, then join orientation in Term 4.

Resources and registration levy per child: $1,520 (K–6), $1,940 (7–12). Enrolment deposit $2,500, credited against Year 12 fees.

Fees include excursions, camps and the laptop program in Years 7–12. A sibling discount of 10% applies to the second child and 20% to the third and subsequent children. Fees can be paid annually, by term or monthly by direct debit.

Frequently asked questions

How old does my child need to be for Kindergarten?

Children must turn five by 31 July 2027, in line with NSW requirements. All children must be in school by their sixth birthday.

Is Wattlebrook selective?

No. We are a non-selective school. Siblings of current students and children of alumni are given priority, then applications are considered in date order.

Do you offer scholarships?

Academic, music and all-rounder scholarships are offered for entry to Year 7 and Year 11. The scholarship examination is held in May.

Can international students apply?

Yes, for Years 7–12 at Chatswood and Castle Hill (CRICOS 03917K). Please contact the Enrolments Office.
